Philanthropy in Far East Russia

August, 2017
Welcome to the pages of the regular news issue of the Charity Partnership «Helping Hands» DARE TO CARE! News. In this issue we present for your kind attention our regular newsletter with all information about monthly events which took place in summer 2017.

Summer is a period of vacations so there was a break in our programs, too. Nevertheless, in July and August we held two of our projects – Family club “Harmony” and “Bus of Kindness”. Both of them are collaborative with our long-ago partner – Rehabilitation center “Parus Nadezhdy”.

Family club “Harmony”

In July within the program Family club “Harmony” there was a “theatre” day at the Rehabilitation center “Parus Nadezhdy”: children made origami paper animals for finger theatre. Every family presented small theatre performance to entertain themselves and everybody who presented. The main characters of all performances were animals made by kids! It was funny and useful day!

“Bus of Kindness”

In August, 19 in the Rehabilitation center “Parus Nadezhdy” a cheerful company was gathered – inmates of the center and 14 children with disabilities who live in Vladivostok with their families. To make this meeting more fun and saturated volunteers from pedagogical team S.T.E.P. prepared a special program for the children. Together they spent a bright, fruitful day playing games, having fun and communicating with each other. Special thanks is to our partner – “Automotive enterprise “Primorye”, LLC – for free provision with the bus to bring kids from the city to “Parus Nadezhdy” and back! Owing to all of our partners and helpers the world is becoming a little bit kinder and brighter step by step! Thank you!

Donating part of your time or property for those people in need can be rewarded differently. Anyone can become a sponsor. Please don’t wait when it becomes late! Help someone today!

We sincerely thank all our partners, sponsors and volunteers who take part in our projects!
